When you are abroad, Russian websites and applications often block access from foreign IPs. Dostup.io provides you with a Russian IP address so that government portals, mobile banks, and online cinemas work as if you were in Russia.

We do not keep a history of websites you visit through the VPN or the contents of your traffic. To operate Dostup.io, we keep account details, sign-in events and technical connection data, including IP addresses, times and traffic volumes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The number of simultaneous connections depends on your license plan. For example, the Family license plan supports up to 4 devices: your laptop, phone, tablet, and a family member's device. All under one account.

Your internet access will not be interrupted. In accordance with our Fair Use Policy, your connection speed will be reduced to the value specified in your license plan until the next billing period begins (the next day, week, or month). This allows you to maintain access to basic services like messengers and email.

Each license plan lists its maximum speed. Actual speed depends on your internet connection, distance to the server and the website itself. You can test your connection on the free license plan before paying.
