Connect Dostup.io on Mac

Step-by-step instructions for setting up the built-in IKEv2 connection on macOS for access to Russian online resources.

What you need

Open Connection settings in your dashboard. You will need the values of the Server Address, Login and Password fields. You also need permission to change network settings on the Mac.

Add the connection

  1. Open Apple menu → System Settings → Network.
  2. Click the three-dot menu below the list of network services.
  3. Select Add VPN Configuration → IKEv2.

On some macOS versions, the same command is under System Settings → VPN → Add VPN Configuration.

Enter the fields

Copy the server address, login and password from Connection settings. To reveal the password, click the eye icon beside the Password field. Preserve capitalization and do not add spaces at the beginning or end of a value.
