Connect Dostup.io on iPhone and iPad
Step-by-step instructions for setting up the built-in IKEv2 connection on iOS and iPadOS for access to Russian online resources. All personal values come from your Dostup.io dashboard.
What you need
Open your dashboard and have three values ready: server address, username, and password. The public guide never displays or fills in these values.
Add the connection
- Open Settings.
- Go to General → VPN & Device Management → VPN.
- Tap Add VPN Configuration….
- Select IKEv2 at the top of the screen.
Enter the fields
Copy the values exactly as shown in the dashboard, without extra spaces. The username is case-sensitive.

Connect
- Tap Done to save the configuration.
- Select Dostup.io in the connection list and turn on the Status switch.
- Wait for the status to change to Connected. The system VPN indicator may appear in the status bar.
If it does not connect
- The username or password prompt returns
- Copy both values from the dashboard again. Check their capitalization and remove spaces at the beginning or end.
- The status immediately returns to Not Connected
- Check the server address and make sure the device sets its date and time automatically.
- VPN settings are unavailable
- A managed device may prevent its user from changing network settings.
