Dostup.io is a software complex for accessing Russian online resources while abroad through a Russian IP address. Dostup.io is not a tool for bypassing access restrictions.

Acceptable use

Dostup.io IP addresses and infrastructure must not be used for malicious or high-volume automated requests, scanning, credential guessing, attacks, malware distribution, or other activity that disrupts online resources, violates applicable law, or breaches a service's rules.
